He observes several Scrum Masters and/or Managers struggling in their daily activities because they do not have anyone to help them to improve. They do not have a coach who would sit with them together and help them to figure out their own solutions without telling them what to do.

This service will exactly talk all these problems. This service is targeted to individuals that do not receive this support from their companies but are still eager to learn and improve in their daily activities.

How this kind of service can be beneficial for you?
Before each session, a coachee has an opportunity to self assess his/her own skills. This step will allow the coachee to identify his/her weaknesses. Having such possession of information a person can use this kind of information for the actual coaching session. He/She can use that information together with a coach in order to get an action plan to improve that weak area. After several sessions, the coachee will be able to see the improvement in the initial area allowing him/her to chose another topic that is needed to be improved.

How does it work?
It will be an usual coaching session using Skype/Video Call conversation instead of face to face communication (if there is no possibility for a face to face meeting).

What kind of material will be used?
There are several assessments for different roles (Scrum Master,Product Owner and Agile Manager), where people can self evaluate themselves before a coaching session.
